IMS learn and development center is the internal learn and development enabling team in the group, which is responsible for training new employees for the group, nurturing storage talents for all centers, and helping management and senior executive. The target is to create the learning atmosphere which emphasizes profession, sharing and excelsior, and finally build a flexible and developing learning organization.
New staff training: It’s the required course for all new staffs in IMS to face all the other staffs. They have to get into the company, know what company IMS is, know the internal business matrix, and the value which supports the core and provide driving force.
Profession training: The training will offer profession training based on the profession sequence, which include combing up professional skills, sharing the latest industrial trend, and professional guidance from experienced employees.
Select talents from all bus, use them well, pay highly attention to training and developing potential, so that the great talents can be found, and all executive can have helpers and backup support, so as to build effective management system, improve the execution and problem-solving ability, and get more management talents.
Training of leadership: Since the environment outside is getting more and more complicated, the higher position the manager has, the more training he should take, a great manager must have plenty of knowledge, wide view, look-ahead vision and creative thought.
